Let's talk TV, Scrapbooking & New Moon, shall we....

So friends, Ty and I were able to watch the Desperate Housewives season finale online. Lets just say I am so glad this Dave thing has been put to rest. It was getting old! Now this Mike, Susan & Katherine thing! What is that about? Who the heck is Mike marrying at the end? I think it's Susan, but who knows!

Grey's Anatomy. Who is going to die? George or Izzie? I think it will be George. And I did so not see that coming, that the guy who saved the girl from the bus was George. And I did not like the "wedding" of Meredith and Derek, um that isn't a real wedding. They should have had them go to the court house, I didn't like that part. Other than that I thought it was a good finale.

Where is my Eli Stone and Lip Stick Jungle? Are they not coming back?

I missed the American Idol season finale as well as The Bachelorette Premier. So I can't make any comments on those. I am going to watch or should I say record...The Bachelorette tonight, because Ty won't watch it with me and I will watch it tomorrow!

Sadly I missed a week and a couple days worth of Gilmore Girls which completely through me off, while I was gone, Lane and her band broke up and she broke up with Zach, Rory ran into Jes, she moved out of her grandparents house in with Logan, and is back at Yale and is the editor, which last I heard Paris was, and she and her mom made up, oh and her and Logan broke up over Thanksgiving? Can someone fill me in on this, and tell me what season I am even in? How many seasons are there total? Why did Lane and Zach break up? I now know they are engaged, but I need the middle parts filled in. Why did Logan and Rory break up over Thanksgiving? How did she and her mom make up? Details!

Karson is almost 1 years old! Lets just say I don't even have half of his 1st year of life scrapbook done, and his birthday will begin his 2nd book. I need to dedicate some time to getting this stuff done. How do people keep caught up on all of thier kids in scrapbooking? I just don't know how to do it all. Maybe this Saturday I can squeeze some scrapbook time in. It gives me anxiety knowing I have all of these pictures just waiting to be glued into books!I have also started trying to get cds of pictures when I get my pictures developed. Because when my kids are all grown up they will take these books with them and I will have NO pictures to show for it. Silly me. I need to work on a scrapbook for me and Ty too. I still haven't even done our honeymoon pictures, yes 3 years later.....sigh...sigh...sigh

New Moon! Um my friend Cheryl posted the new trailer for New Moon, and I have to say I loved it. The transition of Jacob into a wolf was pretty freaking awesome! I hope the wolf will look bigger on screen, but I think it will be good. And HELLO Jacob Black, I can tell you have been working out! Don't worry honey, you are still my #1. :0)

Just a suggestion - try to watch your TV shows while scrapbooking, it usually works and you get two things done at once! Or forget the TV altogether and just scrapbook; Karson will appreciate it more than knowing who broke up with whom in Gilmore Girls! :-)

Ok here is the 411 on Gilmore Girls (I know it is sad how much I know). You are in the 6th season right now. There are 7 seasons total. The band (and Lane and Zack) broke up when Zack gets all high and mighty with the band and ends up messing up the gig they had in front of an agent (and tells Lane that this is why band members should not date). Jess showes up to show Rory the new book that he has just had published, and he basicly tells Rory that she is not being herself. So she finally wakes up and moves out her her grandparets house and back home with here mom (she calls her up and tells her she has a job at the paper that she interned for and she is going back to school so everything is all better between the two of them) until school starts back up in January (she gets back into school and packs her schedule full so that she can still graduate on time) and then she moves in with Paris. But while Jess was here Logan gets jelous and Rory and Logan have a big fight (Rory thought was just a big fight but Logan thought that they broke up). Paris has been made the editor of the Yale Daily News but she is so mean and the staff loathe and fear her so they kick her out only to make Rory the new editor so Paris kicks her out of her apartment (during this time Logan and Rory make up) so she moves in with Logan.

So I hope some of that makes since. If you want to know more or have any questions let me know. I am REALLY ADDICTED to Gilmore Girls.

Okay... so "Bundt Cakes"....

They are so yummy!! They are super soft and the cream cheese frosting is to die for! I am not going to lie... they are a little bit pricey but so worth every little penny! They have a few different flavors but we LOVE the marble cake so I say start there and move on. They even have little personal "bundtlets" so you could try a couple different kinds if you want... but I am warning you - once you get one - you will Love them and want more!! My mom wanted one for Mother's Day and I had never had it before - SO GOOD!! Spencer LOVES them and wants to get them all the time. And just a tip - you can get them all decorated up with a bow and such, but that is really pricey - like $15 for a blue bow! YIKES! I just order them or pick them up at the store (M-F they are open til 6 and Sat 5) undecorated. I figure the bows/flowers just take off some of the yummy frosting and if I really want a bow or flower I can put it on myself for a lot less! Wow... this turned out really long... but anyway - seriously try one!! then let me know what you think!!

ps. have you tried digital scrapbooking? I think it is easier than real scraping, the pages are slimmer and if you hate the page you can just delete it and not feel like you just wasted a bunch of money. once you have them done you can just print them off like photos and they turn out so cute! Then you can sit with your laptop and scrap and watch all that good TV!! and you can print up two pages so you can have one too!!

Time for scrapbooking - hahaha, that's a funny thing.
I am like 4 or 5 years behind on all my kids, so to have 1/2 of Karson's done, is a HUGE step ahead of me!
Good luck with finding time.
