38 Weeks Pregnant....

PhotobucketPhew! I can't believe that I am 38 weeks pregnant! The time has flown by! The last month has been a crazy, stressful one for us and it looks like things will be turning out good after all for the baby. Tyler left with Karson today at around 12:00 so I could take a nap and relax. My body is hurting, as it should be since I am near the end of my pregnancy, and I needed to rest. I have been thinking today about how lucky I am for ALL of the people in my life, who help me, offer service to me and are just there for me in general. Sometimes I don't feel worthy of the help or concern in my behalf, but I appreciate it so much. Tyler has been AMAZING these past couple of months, he is SO busy with finishing up one last class for school ( he walks May 7th, YAY!), working full time, he has been busy with organizing thing for Karson's T-ball since he is the head coach, he has to stay on top of a lot of things. He has a church calling and he helps me with running errands, cleaning the house and playing with Karson. I know it can't be easy on him, and I appreciate it so much.
Tyler's parents and my parents have helped us so much, watching Karson, being there for us, supporting us in all that we do. I am so thankful for the relationship Kaili and Karson have with thier grandparents, it means so much to me, and I feel so lucky to be a part of both of these families. Since I work for my dad, I have been able to work from home, when I had to stay off my feet, and I didn't have to stress so much about missing some work.
Tyler's sister Megan has been helping watch Karson every Monday since December. What a blessing she has been to me! She does it for free, and Karson adores her. When she offered to help me I was so stressed about finding another baby sitter, and she has helped so much! She is a leader at Oakcrest this summer and then going to Utah State in the fall, we will miss her, but I am So proud of her and all that she has accomplished! Thank you Megan! I love you!
All of our other family members who are so willing to help with Karson and take him to the park, or mini golfing, reading books to him, loving him in all his crazy little boyness, or just playing with him. He loves you all so much, and talks about each of you at different times. No matter the differences, family is what will be there for you in the end, and I am lucky to be a part of two great families. I love you all.
I am so thankful for my wonderful friends, cousins, neighbors and ward friends, who have been SO extremely kind to me, just a text or an e-mail asking me how I am doing, making sure everything is ok, bringing in meals, I feel so overwhelmed at the love that has been shown to me, that I truly don't even know what to say sometimes. So today as I was laying around feeling guilty about being lazy, I thought I should say THANK YOU before I forget, before my life gets even crazier when this sweet little boy arrives. THANK YOU for your love, your prayers, and your faith, I know because of all of you, my pregnancy has remained stable and my worries are lightened.
I hope to be posting some cute pictures very soon of our new baby, and I can't wait to start this new chapter in our lives. Thank you all for being a part of my life long story and enriching the chapters in my book, that is my life.
XOXOXOX

Karson...

Karson had his first Tball practice yesterday and loved it! These pictures aren't from the practice they are just ones I took while he was practicing with Ty in our neighborhood. Kars is the youngest and smallest on his team, but he fits right in thier with the big kids. When he got home he told me " mom friends say I got it I got it", because all of the kids would yell that as they were running towards the balls that would be hit into the outfield.
I can't believe he is old enough to start playing sports with other kids, but I know it makes him so happy and I am so excited he is playing and that Ty is his coach and they can spend more time together!

Fun stuff!

March 17

So I am a bad mom and didn't do a fabulous green breakfast or dinner or anything! I worked all day on St. Patty's Day, and plus it is Kaili's birthday, Ty and Karson went and picked her up after school. Karson got to have a special day with Daddy and he rode in a golf cart for the first time and went golfing 9 holes with Tyler. He was in heaven! I was on the phone with Ty when they were leaving and Karson was crying, he was heartbroken, he didn't want to leave! For Kaiil's birthday dinner we went to Sam Pan with Ty's parents.
We then came back to our house to open up presents. From Ty and I Kaili got scrabble junior, scrapbook scissors, sidewalk chalk, swimming suit, clothes, flip flops, sandals and some art stuff.

Cute brother and sister

From Larry and Kay she got a really cute mini cupcake maker thing, it looks really fun! Pretty sure I will have to play with it too! As well as a necklace making kit and a craft organizer, she had a blast decoring with her Grandma. I got her an icecream cake for Coldstone, chocolate icecream and yellow cake!

We had a fun night, and it was great to have Kaili on her birthday!

Happy Birthday Kaili!

WOW! I can't believe I have known Kaili since she was 14 months old! Where does the time go? She is turning 7 and I just can't believe it! Here are 17 fun facts about Kaili!
1. Kaili used to LOVE milk, all she would drink was milk, now the only way she drinks milk is if it is chocolate milk!
2. She is not a fan of meat, she will eat chicken and that is about it. She will however, eat turkey meat only if it is on a SUBWAY sandwich, if I make her a sandwich at home, she only wants cheese on it
3.Kaili loves to sing! She gets really into it, and it is very cute! Hopefully one day I will have her singing around the valley just like I did!
4. Kaili has an AMAZING memory, she remembers so much, from so long ago. It is really surreal how much she remembers.
5. She LOVES shoes and purses! Whenever she gets a new purse or shoes for a gift, her face lights up, total girly girl! It will be so fun to go clothes shopping with her when she is older.
6. Kaili enjoys baking, but doesn't really like eating what she bakes. She has more of a salty tooth like her dad, unlike me who would rather eat a sweet over something salty.
7. She loves cashews....
8. Some of her favorite places to eat are, Wingers, Sweet Tomatoes, Sweet Home Chicago Pizza and Panda Express.
9. She keeps telling me she wants to grow her hair out past her knees....don't think that will be happening
10. She loves to wrestle with her dad and Karson
11. She is very good at painting and coloring, she stays in the lines and does a very good job
12. She is very close to both of her Grandmas and loves them very much
13. She loves to dance around and play dress up
14. She likes to play school and wishes Karson would sit still for more than 10 minutes so she could play it with him
15. She loves to cuddle her Dad
16. She likes to play with my make up and always asks if she can use something of mine whether it be lip gloss, eye shadow, blush or whatever it may be
17. Kaili is loving life and is a very happy 7 year old girl! She is very helpful and good to play and read with Karson. I am so lucky to have had her in my life these past 6 years! I love you Kaili! Happy 7th Birthday!

Do you ever feel like.....

PhotobucketDo you ever feel like your head is just going to explode? That is how I feel lately. We had a little scare with our sweet baby on Tuesday at my Dr.appointment. I ended up having to be on a fetal heart monitor for over an hour. His heart beat was doing very wierd things. Friday we had to go to LDS for an ultrasound to see what was up, luckily the heart is healthy, it does have an irregular heart beat, but no other problems associated with it, and they said that is normal. However we found out babies fluid is VERY low and he is only weighing in at 4.4 pounds, so two weeks behind. Which is crazy because I have been for sure he is bigger than Karson was, maybe he is just really LONG and skinny...any way I have to go back to LDS on Monday for another stress test, if I have lost more fluid they may want to induce me next week. I am so stressed.....
* my parents are out of town in Florida until next Saturday
* Kaili's birthday is on Thursday and Ty was picking her up at school at 3:00 and then we have her until Sunday, supposed to have a party for her on saturday with Ty's family
* Tyler is the head coach of Karsons T-Ball team, I am supposed to be the team mom, team mom meeting on Thursday night as well where they are handing out uniforms and schedules....
* My Dr. wants me on semi-bed rest.....that is pretty impossible with a 3 story town house....
* Tyler has a ceremony for school on March 25...
* Oh and I could have a preemie baby....meaning I may be at the hospital longer than the normal time worrying about everything I need to do at home and elsewhere......
Life is just so crazy sometimes!

Five Years and Counting.....

March 11 is our 5 year anniversary! I can't believe it's been 5 years, time has flown by. Every year I try to do a little post about our anniversary and wedding day, it's good to remember all the little things! We planned our wedding in two weeks because we had to get the clearance to be sealed. The day my mom took our engagement pictures it was windy and pouring rain, but we managed to get some good ones any way. My mom and I found my wedding dress on clearance for $199..We didn't get married until 3:00 in the afternoon, because that was the soonest available time. It was COLD and SNOWING on our wedding day, but while taking pictures I didn't care, it just felt so good to finally be married. I have learned a lot these past five years about relationships and marriage, I know I have much more to learn also. So let me list my top 5 things I have learned about marriage thus far in my life!

1. No two people are the same, they will never agree on everything, they will have different opinions and ideas, it's how you bring those ideas together and try to compromise as a couple.
2. In a marriage each person needs to give 50% and take 50%, if those things are always in alliance each member of the marriage will feel equal to their partner.
3. Marraige is funny..lately Tyler's new thing is to turn off the lights right as I turn them on. I dont' get mad, I think it's funny, I am turning them on for a reason, he doesn't know the reason so he turns them off. Instead of getting mad or annoyed, I just laugh, because it's funny to me. We all need a little humor in our lives right!
4. Having kids is the greatest thing ever, but sometimes it can take away from the relationship we had established with our spouse. I always want Tyler to know and feel that I love him first and then the kids. I remember how happy I was on my wedding day, and I always try to keep that feeling with me, if I am having a day that I feel distant from Ty.
5. Marriage is a gift. It should be treated as such, I should never feel I need to treat others better than I treat my own husband. It's easy to take one another for granted at times, because we get in a schedule and get used to routines. I know no matter what, at the end of the day that Tyler is my best friend and he will always be there for me. Our marriage isn't perfect, we are different, we are the same, but one thing that is true to me is that we are forever.
Any way like I said I am no professional at marriage or anything, but those are just a few of my thoughts on the subject. I will try not to be too cheesey and lovey dovey, but I just want to say Happy Anniversary to Tyler. I love you so much, thank you for being my rock to lean on when I am falling apart, thank you for laughing at my silly quirky habits, thank you for loving me no matter what, and thank you for putting up with me for the past 5 years! Here is to 5 more!

I do not take too many pictures of myself while I am pregnant, because I really dont' want to see what I look like...ha ha. I did not realize how swollen my face is until I took these pictures...case in point! But I thought I would post them any way and better take a few to document this child!
