I love fall. I wish we had fall for a full 3 months like we are supposed to, but we never do in Utah. Have you noticed the mornings lately? They are clear and crisp with a light cool breeze. L.O.V.E it! Everything changes the smells, the sounds the scenery, I adore fall time. If I am in the mood, I enjoy watching a good old college football game and some of the World Series. I love making pumpkin chocolate this, pumpkin chocolate that. I enjoy putting up my Halloween decorations and fake fall leaves. This year also brings on oh so MANY anticipated TV Show Premieres, lets go through them shall we?
Gossip Girl- Oh yes! Please bring on that pathetic New York City teenage drama that is so enticing!
Lipstick Jungle- Uh yes please!
The Office- Come on, Jim PROPOSE TO PAM already!
Eli Stone- I haven't heard if this is coming back or not yet, but it better because it was so good!
Hero's- FINALLY, we waited forever for this one!
Sitcoms like The Big Bang Theory, Rules of Engagement and The New Adventures of Old Christine and a new one I want to watch Kath & Kim
And let us not forget, Law & Order SVU, CSI: New York CSI: Miami, NCIS
Private Practice
Grey's Anatomy- I am not so thrilled about this one, but I will probably still watch it any way, lets try not makign Meredith SO Pathetic and issue filled this season shall we....
So call me pathetic, call me what you want, I call myself well rounded because for as much TV as we watch in the Fall/winter I still read books, be active and have a life. DVR is our lifesaver! We love it!
YAY for fall time and fall TV shows!

What IS it with lunges?
Hey all. So Ty and I have decided to try and be very healthy in our eating and also try to work out. I ordered these " Slim in 6" dvd's a long time ago and only did them for awhile, so we busted them out again. We just started on Monday night so we have done them twice now, and we are on the beginner one " Start it Up" once you feel comfortable with that one you move onto
"Ramp it Up" and lets just say that my upper thighs are SO soar. To sit down and get up from sitting down is BRUTAL! And going up and down our stairs in our house is insane. I really hope we are into a house (a rambler) by the time we have our 2nd kid, cause going up and down the stairs all the time to get stuff is a pain and even a bigger pain when you are soar! But at least I know those dang lunges are working! Even in high school when I was in killer shape if I would do lunges in a work out the next day I would be soar, so the goal is to get my legs so toned, lunges won't phase me! Ha! We'll see how long that takes. Wish us luck~
On a side note we, well I guess I rented " What Happens in Vegas" last night for us to watch and I will rate it a 7. :)

Kaili: Thank you, thank you very much
I dug out my old gold microphone for Kaili to play with this weekend, she has been singing and perferming a lot lately in my high heels and having fun with it so I let her play with it, when she starts singing she is always Hannah Montana and comes up with the craziest songs!
Kaili: Hey friend. My name is Zela and your name is Tara, and babies name is Brandon, just pretends K?

Kaili: Oh I have this party to go to at 9:00 and do you know what? These shoes were 90 bucks! Me: 90 bucks! How come?
Kaili: Oh just cause, oh can you hold a second my sister is calling me. (proceeds to get on her fake phone and have this conversation) I am so mad at you sister! Why are you doing this to me? we need to go to the party, no sister, I said no, do what I say! Oh my gosh sister! ( Then says to me)
Oh Tara I am SO mad at my sister and she is so mad at me. So you want me to watch your baby at 6 o'clock or 9 o'clock?
Me: I thought we were going to a party
Kaili: Oh yeah thats what my said

Bragging Moment....
So some of you know and some of you don't know that the Country music band SheDaisy is made up of my first cousins, Krsityn, Kelsi, Kassidy and sometimes Karli. ( my dad and thier mom are brother and sister) They just recently finished writing and recording thier 5th CD and the last song on the CD is called "Lost Without You"and it is written and inspired by our story with Easton. My cousin Kristyn (she is the blonde of the group) is an AMAZING writer and she received an e-mail from me and picture of Easton the day before she had a writing meeting. This was all happening last summer when the wounds were still fresh in dealing with what happened with Easton. That night she wrote down some thoughts and from there, made a song. I haven't heard it yet, but hopefully I will get a copy of it soon, they are hoping for it to be a single and to one day be put on a movie sound track...they say it has that kind of feel to it. I am so lucky to have them as my friends and cousins and for them to include a piece of my heart and life into thier music.
Sidenote: On thier first CD The Whole Shebang Song #6 " Still Holding Out for You" was inspired by my aunt who lost her husband to an airforce airplane accident, he was training to become a pilot and the plane crashed. My aunt had two small children at the time and was left to raise them alone. Some 20 years later she has remarried, but I know this song still holds a special place in her heart as well in the rest of our family. Here are some words to that song below!
Never thought I'd be in this place, It's someone else's life I'm living
Wish I were living a lie The hardest part is when the bough breaks
Falling down and then forgiving
You didn't kiss me good-bye
I'm choking on the words I didn't get to say
And pray I get the chance one day
I stil run, I sill swing open the door I still think, you'll be there like before
Doesn't everybody out there know to never come around
Some things the heart won't listen to I'm still holding out for you
I can hear you smile in the dark I can even feel your breathing
But daylight chases the ghosts I see your coat and I fall apart
To those hints of you I'm clinging Now's when I need them most
I should get up, dry my eyes and move ahead
At least that's what you would have said
I won't be able to post the words to Easton's song until their CD comes out,but that just means you will all have to go out and buy it. Songs tell a story and each of Kristyns songs that she writes has a meaning behind it.I feel so priveleged to be a part of her storytelling, even if the story is sad, I know in my heart some day I will have a happy ending with Easton. " Still Holding out for You" was also written about someone else as well, but due to the privacy of that matter, I won't mention it on here.

Give....me....caffiene.......
So! Diet Coke and Diet Dr. Pepper are my new best friend, after the baby while I was nursing I was trying not to drink it, but since the whole nursing thing went down the drain, I started again. Now I don't drink it every day and I usually only have one during the day if I do, but let me just tell you if I drank coffee, I would be a coffee drinking machine, because some days I cannot function with out it. I am SO tired, for example last night I was up at 12:00, 2:00, 4:30, 5:40 and 6:00, THAT was my night folks! So sadly caffiene I cannot live with out at this moment in my life, so yay for DIET drinks, cause lets face it if I drank the real stuff, I would be a fat balloon!

Karson's home away from home...and almost smiles

Look at that face!
Back to work, the gym and other random thoughts....
So I am officially back to work. I have had different emotions about coming back and I don't really know what to think of them all. On one hand it is nice to be in the adult world for awhile and help people solve thier problems and of course it is nice to be able to make money again. I know that I am also very lucky because I have two family members, my mom and Tylers mom to watch Karson on Mondays and Wedensdays and then I get to bring him into work with me on the other day I work. We are going to set up a play yard in my office tonight for him. I will take some pictures of it and post later. I know a lot of people don't have the luxury of only working 3 days a week and of being able to bring thier baby into work with them. Thanks Dad!
Monday I didn't get home from work until almost 7:00 because after work I went to the grocery store and to get gas and to subway to get dinner. I was exhausted from what seemed like the longest day ever, then I saw Karson and as soon as he heard my voice he turned his head and looked at me, it is amazing that already he knows who I am. I started crying when I picked him up and just hugged him for a long time. It is amazing the love I feel for him. I think once I get used to this routine I will feel better and all will be well with the world! :)
He is starting to smile and I can never get my camera fast enough to catch him at it, the little stinker, but it is so fun watching his facial expressions and watching his growing personality.
I went to the gym for the first time yesterday since I had Karson and it felt GOOD. I am excited to start implementing this back into my life again. I am going to go again tonight although after having only about 4 hours of sleep last night and being at work all day, I know I will not want to, but I have to be consistent to see results! Now that I am not pregnant everywhere I look has cute clothes! I want to buy, buy, buy, but I know I can't. I need to wait and be patient and fit into the clothes I have NOW and then I can buy some new pants and skirts. Shirts I can buy now, and I have bought a couple $9.99 Target special shirts since he was born. I just need to feel cute and fun gain you know?
YES I am reading Breaking Dawn, I am going to have to read it again after I am finished, but I just want to know what happens. I will always feel that Twilight is the best one out of the series, but after I read each of them a couple of times, they grow on me. I am not reading it as fast as I would like, but I have other cute little things that keep me busy, besides worrying about finishing a book.
It is an interesting thing when you have a child of your very own, things that used to matter to me before don't really. I have never been one to really care what people think...too much,I mean I think on some level we all care what others think of us, but now that I have Karson, and Tyler and Kaili I REALLY don't care what people think about me or my family as much, I feel so much closer to Tyler since we have shared in this experience and my main focus is in that knowledge.
On a side note I am excited for fall, I love summer time, but it doesn't seem I did much fun SUMMER stuff this summer and I am looking forward to fall, I hope it cools down by the end of September but since it was cold in June, I am not crossing my fingers yet...
Any way and those are my Tuesday thoughts!

Karson Maddux Fankhauser
Week of 24th of July
Bumper Cars!
On Monday the 21 my mom took Kaili for a special trip to Build-A-Bear, she named this bear Zela! Don't ask me where she got that name from, but she loves it. She calls her dolls that and everything. She picked the pink bear out right away and she loves that it has little panties. She kept telling everyone about them. I know she had a lot of fun going there.
