Let me add my commentary here, I do not eat bran flakes, nor would they be my fave, he meant Fiber One cereal and I do eat that, but it is not my fave, Cinnamon Toast Crunch is. Also if I could eat anything I wanted to every day and not gain a pound it would be a big fat ice cream sundae. My nervous habits are I get sick to my stomach when I am nervous, or I start cleaning, I would never wear a dark denim jacket, with light denim jeans
