So for the past couple of weeks, Karson had decided he was too big for his crib and wanted to start sleeping on the floor. Every night I have to lay by him to get him to sleep, and my back and hips were on fire. I decided it was time we get him a new bed. So Saturday we went to RC Willey and got a killer deal on a mattress. We are going to be using Tyler's bed frame from when he was a kid, for the bed, we just need to go and get it. Any way we found this cute ball bedding at Smith's Market Place for 50% off, and got it.
Karson loves his new bed, although I think he is adjusting. It takes us QUITE some time to get him to go to sleep, because he just wants his lights on to look at books. He wakes up quite a bit in the middle of the night too and runs down the hall into our room, and I have to get up and take him back to bed, he will usually fall asleep pretty fast again, but then wake up an hour later and do the same thing. So I am hoping after he gets used to the bed, that this will change.
He likes to throw everything off his bed and jump on it! I can't believe my baby is big enough for a big boy bed. When Ty was taking down the crib I got a little teary eyed thinking that Karson will never be small enough for a crib again. They grow so fast!

Nice! We need to get Abi a new bed too. She has a toddler bed but she's getting too tall for it and has set up a 'kooshy' spot on the floor where she sleeps almost every night.

Very cute bedding! I know, it's almost weird when they are big enough for a bed and not the crib any more.
Very cute bedding. I hope Karson is sleeping better in his new bed. It took Asher a little bit to get use to it, but for us it was better then he was sleeping in his crib.
