So yesterday we took Karson to an ENT and it was determined that yes he will need tubes in his ears! Sad! We have it scheduled for Friday June 5th, bright and early in the morning. I think one of the hardest things is going to be not letting Karson eat after midnight the night before. He eats at least once in the middle of the night, and then in the morning, so it is going to be hard for me to know that he will be starving! So hopefully right after he is out of surgery I can feed him!
The good news is that his current ear infection has cleared up,so hopefully he will stay ear infection free until the surgery, because if he gets another ear infection before then, they have to push the surgery back and I Just want to get it over with! Poor guy! He is a trooper though, always so happy!

Poor little guy. Hopefully the tubes will help, I don't have any experience with ear infections, but I feel bad for the little guy..

I'm happy that the doctors are able to help Karson out. But, not being able to eat--woah! I hate when the doctors tell ME to do that. I get grumpy. But, like you said, he's a trooper.
And look at how big he's getting. I love it!
That's too bad. Hopefully it will help him to not have the ear infections though!

That's too bad. Paisley had to get tubes in both her ears as well, at to top it off I was in the hospital and she had to get them the same day Bronson was born so my parents were the ones that took her. She did fine, she didn't care what was going on! She was super happy and it was over quick and she didn't have any problems afterwards. She's still got a few ear infections since January when she got them put in, but they don't seem to hurt her as bad. I think we as Mom's make it worse than what it is!! He'll be fine and you'll be SOO glad that you got it done!!
Porr thing. Hopefully you can just get it over with. I took Kayeligh in on Friday and she had an ear infection too. Really! Can't she be healthy now???
