My eventful night.....last night....

So.....when I got home from work Tyler asked me to take the jeep in to get gas. He had been charging the battery all day in the garage and checked to make sure it was running and then he was off to school. So I ran inside, changed my clothes and drove to Harman's. It drove thier fine. I pulled up to a pump and was trying to scan my discount ticket and it took forever, but finally read it. So I kept putting my credit card in over and over, and it wouldn't take it. So I voice called the Gas station guy and he says this to me: " I can't help you I am helping two other people just move to a different pump" Um, that was rude. So I get in the jeep, and guess what it won't turn on! So I am stuck there. I have to wait for the guy to authorize my pump. I fill it up with the more expensive gas not realizing it, because that is what we put in the honda. So then I go pay and the jeep starts.....for about 15 seconds, enough for me to coast in the middle of Harman's parking lot, blocking traffic all ways around me. I called Tyler and he was in school, so he called his Dad, and his dad had to come and save me. So I sat in the jeep for about 25 mins, until his Dad came and did something to the jeep and he was able to drive it home and I followed him in his jeep. Thanks Larry for coming to my rescue!
So then I thought that I would make some cookies for Tyler to take to work tomorrow. I made some Nestle Toll House chocolate chip cookies awhile ago and Ty really liked them. Now this is a feat, because he does not like cookies that much. So I thought I would do that. So I made the dough and it tasted really good to me. I put the first batch in and take them out and they are flat as pancakes and hard. I did not understand what I did wrong, so I thought maybe I had just cooked them too long, I put another batch in, same thing. By this time I am in tears and I realize that I didn't put any white sugar in the cookies, just the brown sugar and that was my problem! What a waste! I even had to borrow 2 eggs from my neighbor to make them, and it didn't work at all. By this time my back and legs were killing me and I got into bed with a heating pad and watched John & Kate plus 8 my new favorite reality show on TLC! What a night! Luckily for us his jeep worked this morning, but we really need to get whatever is wrong with it fixed, and now a newer problem arises: Our ice maker is not making ice! Happy Tuesday!

Geez, if it ain't one thing it's another...
Sorry about your exciting night. Glad to know your father in law was around to help.
On another note - I love Jon & Kate. I have it set to record every time it is on though, cause I don't get to watching TV until the kids are all in bed.
That woman is amazing...I have stressful days with 3...

Wow, you have had some pretty crappy days lately! But good for you for being in good spirits! It always makes the worse things just a tich bit better! I hate car problems, they are the worse because no matter what... I can't fix it! I hope Tyler is feeling better from the weekend and hopefully things will look up for the both of you.

Man, you did not have a good night last night. I would be scarred to drive that jeep!
